About This Role
- Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules covering Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and external partners to drive continuous improvements, automation, and adherence to financial controls, including SOX compliance.
- Manage upgrade readiness, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities to ensure stable and effective Finance technology operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience (6-8 years with a Master's degree) in business systems analysis or relevant functional roles.
- Strong hands-on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance and Procurement modules including Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Receivables, Invoicing, Payments, and Workflow Rules.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with financial controls, SOX compliance, segregation of duties, and coordinating UAT and regression testing.

- Experienced in supporting complex, global Finance technology environments with strong Oracle Fusion expertise across Finance modules and integration points.
- Proficient in full systems lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and production support, with ability to handle upgrades and automation initiatives.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse stakeholders including Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Finance business teams to deliver scalable and compliant Finance solutions.
