About This Role
- Implement and configure Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions across enterprise environments.
- Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, leaver (JML) for workforce and customer identities.
- Collaborate with application, security, and business teams to onboard applications and ensure identity controls align with security and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-10 years of work experience in IAM and CIAM implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proficiency with IAM/IGA platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID and Saviynt, including integration with on-premises and cloud applications.
- Work Visa Sponsorship not available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in implementing identity lifecycle management processes (JML) in enterprise environments.
- Skilled in configuring role-based access control (RBAC), access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification workflows.
- Able to work collaboratively across security, application, and business teams to support compliance and security alignment.
