About This Role
- Own the development and delivery of insurance operations training programs, coordinating with stakeholders to address knowledge gaps and ensure learning retention.
- Drive team performance against service level agreements (SLA), quality metrics, and adherence to processes including compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze process issues to implement preventive measures and support continuous improvements in insurance operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years overall work experience with at least 2 years in team leadership or people management roles.
- Experience in insurance industry processes preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
- Must be willing to work hybrid location in Pune with at least 3 days/week office attendance and able to work 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm shift.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing insurance operations teams with a demonstrated ability to drive training, process adherence, and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with insurance industry practices, preferably holding certifications such as CII insurance certifications or relevant postgraduate courses.
- Comfortable working within structured regulatory and compliance frameworks and collaborating across multiple business stakeholders.
