About This Role
- Design, deploy, and manage Omnissa Horizon VDI environment ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical SME expertise for Omnissa Horizon components and deliver Level 2/3 support for complex VDI issues.
- Conduct capacity planning, root cause analysis, implement updates, and maintain documentation for VDI infrastructure.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure with at least 3 years hands-on Omnissa Horizon experience.
- Proficiency with Omnissa Horizon components, VMware vSphere/ESXi, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking concepts.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure as explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced VDI Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in Omnissa Horizon and virtualization platforms.
- Has capability to work independently on architecting and optimizing complex VDI systems with minimal supervision.
- Experienced in providing high-level technical support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
