About This Role
- Design, build, and optimize data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks notebooks.
- Partner with architects and business/data science teams to design scalable, business-aligned Azure cloud data solutions.
- Maintain and evolve Azure infrastructure and data models supporting analytics and operational scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional IT experience with a strong foundation in data engineering.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure core data services including ADLS, Data Factory, Databricks, SQL Data Warehouse.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (especially T-SQL and Azure SQL DW) for data engineering workflows.
- Experience building and managing data pipelines, data models, and cloud infrastructure on Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in production implementation of lakehouse architecture on Azure with Databricks expertise.
- Capable of translating business requirements into technical plans, managing risks in design and delivery.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration involving architects, data science, and project teams for scalable data solutions.
