About This Role
- Design and implement scalable AWS-centered cloud infrastructure supporting AI-driven customer support platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation) and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
- Manage container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), integrate multi-vendor SaaS solutions via APIs, and implement monitoring, security, cost management, and disaster recovery strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in cloud infrastructure with strong focus on AWS services.
- Mandatory AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer) and Kubernetes certification (CKA) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AWS EKS, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code tools, CI/CD tools, container technologies, and scripting languages (Python, Bash).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced cloud infrastructure engineer with deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes specifically with production-grade workloads on Amazon EKS.
- Background deploying and operating AI/ML applications and agentic AI infrastructure within cloud environments using DevOps best practices.
- Skilled in integrating multiple SaaS platforms, strong automation, observability, security implementation, and agile development environments.
