About This Role
- Contribute as an individual or team member in software engineering projects related to cloud platforms, big data, and application development.
- Gain hands-on experience by applying engineering skills to real business challenges within Cargill’s global Digital Technology & Data team.
- Receive mentorship and performance evaluations while engaging with diverse business functions and strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, Computing or related IT disciplines.
- Graduation expected in June 2026 with availability for 5-6 months internship from January to June 2026.
- Must be willing to work onsite multiple days a week at Bengaluru Capability Center with transport provided within service area.
- Work Experience Required: Previous software engineer internship is preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has foundational knowledge of structured programming, systems analysis and design, database design, and business concepts relevant to software engineering.
- Capable of working effectively in multicultural and diverse team settings with limited supervision.
- Experience or familiarity with agile development methodologies and commercial software product development is advantageous.
