About This Role
- Contribute as an individual or team member on software engineering projects involving cloud platform, big data platform, and application development.
- Gain hands-on experience working with Cargill’s Digital Technology & Data teams, applying engineering skills in real business contexts.
- Participate in mentorship, performance evaluations, and Cargill business exposure activities throughout the 5-6 month internship.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, ML, Cybersecurity, or related IT discipline.
- Graduating in June 2026 and available for a 5-6 month internship from January to June 2026.
- Willingness to work onsite multiple days per week at Bengaluru Capability center; transport provided within Bangalore service area.
- Knowledge of basic structured programming, systems analysis and design, database design, and business concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has prior internship experience in software engineering, preferably with exposure to agile methodologies and commercial product development.
- Able to apply strong analytical, technical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills to software tasks.
- Comfortable collaborating in diverse teams with effective verbal and written communication skills.
