About This Role
- Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization within HRS platform ecosystem for hospitality, meetings, and workforce travel products.
- Drive continuous discovery and apply Working Backwards methodology to define problems and validate solutions, focusing on measurable business outcomes and KPIs.
- Lead adoption and integration of AI and automation in core workflows and use AI tools across the product management lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in TravelTech, HospitalityTech, B2B SaaS, or marketplace/platform businesses.
- Proven, hands-on experience shipping AI powered or AI augmented product features in a product context.
- Strong understanding of hospitality or travel technology ecosystems and experience with API driven product development and large scale partner or supplier integrations.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant product management roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Pragmatic product manager with demonstrated expertise in AI integration and outcome-focused product ownership using Working Backwards methodology.
- Experienced in building B2B/enterprise products navigating compliance, data privacy, security, and procurement cycles within distributed cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in collaborating with engineering and commercial stakeholders, able to translate technical priorities into business narratives for senior leadership and enterprise clients.
