About This Role
- Own enhancement and maintenance of Certinia PSA (Salesforce.com) system to improve usability and business efficiency.
- Act as liaison between business and technical teams to gather requirements, write technical stories, and oversee testing and implementation.
- Provide training, support, and issue resolution for Certinia PSA users ensuring system functions optimally and meets business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of overall work experience; at least 3 years managing or implementing Certinia PSA.
- Experience in technical product management including requirements gathering, user story writing, and stakeholder liaison.
- Strong project management, stakeholder communication skills, and ability to evaluate system designs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing Salesforce-related products, ideally Certinia PSA specifically.
- Capable of bridging business and multiple engineering teams to deliver collaborative objectives.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with proven problem-solving skills focused on results.
