About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based IT Service Management (ITSM) projects including Service Cloud, ITSM processes, CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog solutions.
- Manage project governance, stakeholder communication, risk and RAID logs, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.
- Oversee Agile program leadership including sprint planning and execution, quality assurance, UAT, deployment readiness, and transition to support operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of Project Management experience, including 5+ years delivering Salesforce programs and projects.
- Experience managing ITSM implementations, specifically with Service Cloud and ITIL-based service management processes.
- Proven ability to lead Agile and Hybrid projects, manage distributed and cross-functional teams, and strong stakeholder/executive management skills.
- Certifications preferred but not mandatory: Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation.
