About This Role
- Lead and execute complex data analysis, reporting, and validation projects within asset management operations to deliver actionable business insights.
- Serve as the primary data subject matter expert (SME) on Asset Management data in a cross-functional Scrum team, collaborating with stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive data sourcing, functional design, data modeling, and quality management while mentoring junior team members and ensuring high-impact deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in asset management or financial services.
- Proficiency in asset management data domains including AUM & Flows, Performance & Attribution, Fees, Benchmarks, Securities, Account Onboarding, and ESG.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python, relational databases, Power BI or similar analytics tools, and experience working in agile/Scrum environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

- Experienced working as a data SME within agile cross-functional teams, capable of leading discussions and collaborating with business stakeholders and senior management.
- Strong technical background in asset management data and the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality analytics products with significant financial or client impact and providing mentorship to junior analysts.
