About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Travel and Hospitality projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and production readiness.
- Manage a portfolio valued at $10M+, accountable for P&L, revenue forecasting, budgeting, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
- Lead and oversee teams of 100+ associates, driving resource planning, capacity forecasting, delivery governance, risk management, and client escalation handling.
Minimum Requirements
- 16+ years of experience in delivery leadership, portfolio or program management within Travel and Hospitality domain.
- Proven experience managing a portfolio valued at $10M+ with P&L accountability.
- Experience leading teams of 100+ associates across multiple projects or delivery engagements.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has deep domain expertise in Travel & Hospitality including industry-specific business processes and technology landscape.
- Highly experienced in resource planning, risk management, multi-project staffing, and contract governance.
- Strong history of managing senior client relationships, negotiating contracts (MSAs, SOWs), and driving operational excellence at scale.
