About This Role
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows to automate finance, supply chain, and admin tasks, reducing manual work.
- Own and manage inventory, stock planning, manufacturer orders, warehouse coordination, and shipping tracking.
- Lead finance operations and compliance including reconciliations, profit reports, invoices, payments, cash flow, and operational reporting while managing a small team.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in operations, finance operations, or ecommerce.
- Proficient with practical daily AI use and demonstrated automation or workflow improvements.
- Strong Google Sheets skills including multi-source data reconciliation.
- Full-time availability of 48 hours/week with minimum 6 hours overlap with CET/CEST timezone.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable with hands-on daily operational tasks combined with leadership of a small team.
- Confident learning and applying technical tools such as Claude Code, APIs, and complex formulas with attention to detail.
- Strong systems thinking with experience improving automation and workflows in ecommerce or finance operations environments.
