About This Role
- Lead and continuously improve Agile delivery for AI product and platform teams, adapting Scrum and Kanban practices.
- Coach Product Owners, engineers, data scientists and stakeholders on Agile principles and effective team collaboration.
- Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and reporting using Jira, Confluence, and delivery data to improve outcomes and team effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience including substantial experience as Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Recognized Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for delivery planning, reporting, and risk management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coaching and facilitating Agile delivery in technology or digital product environments with complex cross-team dependencies.
- Comfortable working with AI, data science, platform or technically complex product teams, including some understanding of DevOps and software quality practices.
- Skilled at using delivery metrics for continuous improvement and able to build alignment across global, cross-functional teams.
