About This Role
- Lead financial evaluation, structuring, and execution of complex transactions such as M&A and divestitures aligned with strategic objectives.
- Develop financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses; support due diligence and manage financial integration/separation including synergy realization tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Units) to prepare business cases and financial presentations, and conduct post-deal performance reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with MBA in Finance or CFA qualification.
- 8–10 years experience in Corporate Finance, investment banking, consulting, corporate M&A, or similar analytic roles.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
- Experience in life sciences or healthcare is a plus; excellent communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
