About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and treasury across a multi-entity global organization.
- Provide financial governance, risk management, compliance oversight, and internal controls with an emphasis on scalability and operational efficiency.
- Act as key advisor to leadership on financial planning, commercial finance, fundraising, and business transformation initiatives including strategic decision support and board reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Professional qualification: CA, CPA, CMA/ICWA, MBA Finance, or equivalent.
- Experience with multi-entity operations, treasury, statutory audits, compliance, board reporting, and financial controls.
- Strong expertise in IFRS/US GAAP, financial modelling, ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent), and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).

- Seasoned leader with hands-on experience in financial governance, commercial finance, treasury, and strategic planning within technology, MSP, SaaS, or high-growth sectors.
- Proven ability to lead finance teams and partner cross-functionally to drive financial discipline, risk mitigation, and scalable growth.
- Experienced in managing complex international finance operations, fundraising processes, and corporate business transformation projects.
