About This Role
- Lead end-to-end business analysis including scope definition, requirements gathering, and process flow documentation for IT projects.
- Design flexible and efficient business solutions and write functional requirements to guide technical implementation.
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects, including cost/benefit analysis and resource planning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years IT/IS experience OR Associate's degree with 6+ years OR High School Diploma with 8+ years IT/IS experience.
- Proven experience in creating business and functional requirements and process diagrams.
- Skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio are required.
- Work Location: Bangalore with Hybrid work mode (3 days in office).

- Experienced in managing low to medium complexity IT projects independently through initial software delivery phases.
- Strong in requirements gathering, process documentation, and problem solving within IT projects.
- Comfortable collaborating with sponsors on project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
