About This Role
- Support clients in mergers, divestitures, carve-outs, and integrations by shaping and executing technology strategies aligned with transaction goals.
- Analyze technology environments including enterprise architecture and application landscapes to identify risks, costs, and integration/separation considerations.
- Manage assigned deal workstreams, build client relationships, guide junior team members, and deliver insights to support synergy capture and business continuity.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's of Business Administration degree (mandatory).
- At least 4 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA graduate from Tier 1 institutes with carve-out and post-merger integration experience.
- Experience in M&A strategy, private equity projects, and interpreting data to inform deal value recommendations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder engagements across client-facing deal teams and handle ambiguity while working on multiple workstreams.
