About This Role
- Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO modules for Retail finance processes across full project lifecycle phases (Explore, Realize, Deploy).
- Own SAP FICO areas including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Controlling with integration to Retail modules (MM, SD).
- Drive FIT/GAP analysis, solution design workshops, functional specs for RICEFW objects, data migration, UAT, go-live support, and mentoring junior consultants.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with at least 1–2 end-to-end Retail implementations.
- Strong expertise in Financial Accounting (GL, AP, AR, AA) and Controlling (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, CO-PA).
- Experience with Retail-specific finance processes like inventory valuation, markdowns, and store-level reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field; MBA/CA preferred.

- Experienced SAP FICO consultant with proven ability to lead enterprise Retail finance solution implementations.
- Demonstrates strong command over SAP integration points with Retail modules and compliance controls within finance processes.
- Capable of managing full project lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, and post-go-live stabilization in complex Retail environments.
