About This Role
- Lead technology-related analysis and deliverables across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs to support deal execution and integration planning.
- Manage assigned workstreams, guide junior team members, and communicate with clients during transaction processes.

Minimum Requirements
- Master of Business Administration degree required.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in oral and written English mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years.
