About This Role
- Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay workflow by converting internal purchase requisitions into purchase orders ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Lead buyer team operations including mentoring junior buyers and maintaining high data quality standards.
- Monitor and expedite orders, conduct vendor sourcing and RFQ processes, and deliver procurement metrics and SLA reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of experience in procurement operations, sourcing, or supply chain shared services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa and advanced Excel skills.
- Location requirement: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in procurement transactional workflows with demonstrated ability to manage PR to PO processes and vendor negotiations.
- Capable of leading and mentoring teams with a focus on quality control and operational KPI management.
- Familiar with procurement ERP platforms and able to deliver reliable procurement reporting and SLA adherence.
