About This Role
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions on Salesforce by designing, developing, and implementing scalable production systems leveraging the Agentforce platform and LLMs.
- Act as primary technical advisor for strategic clients by deeply understanding their business challenges, leading technical engagements, and mentoring junior team members.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement by pushing Agentforce platform capabilities, resolving complex technical challenges, and ensuring high-quality code and system performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering high-quality scalable production solutions in professional environments.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform including advanced configuration, customization, Apex and LWC development.
- Extensive experience with Agentforce platform and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration, and data integration technologies (e.g., Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery).
- Bachelor's degree or strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.

- Proven track record leading technical initiatives with focus on fast, impactful delivery and end-to-end solution ownership.
- Experience operating in customer-facing technical lead or architect roles, able to translate strategic goals into actionable technical designs.
