About This Role
- Perform ongoing monitoring of HR vendors in assigned areas to ensure compliance with Northern Trust's Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) program.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Risk, IT, and vendor managers to facilitate adherence to TPRM requirements and documentation.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports on program status, issues, and risks for senior management and internal groups.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in third-party management, procurement operations, or risk management; experience with HR/Shared Services vendors in financial services preferred.
- College/University degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Risk management, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data analytic tools including PowerBI.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years third-party/vendor management or related experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in vendor management with a focus on third-party risk, ideally within financial services, particularly HR/shared services vendors.
- Strong project management and analytical skills with ability to generate complex reports and conduct quality controls/audits.
- Capable of cross-functional coordination and training facilitation with a structured, compliance-focused operating style.
