About This Role
- Lead sales and project closing efforts targeting residential and commercial construction and interior industry sectors.
- Manage client relationships ensuring 100% client updates and approvals to meet sales targets and satisfaction.
- Oversee marketing activities including lead generation, branding, digital marketing (SEO, SMO, content creation), and coordination of teams for promotional assets.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing within residential/commercial construction and interior industry.
- Experience in client management and achieving sales targets with MIS reporting skills.
- Age requirement: 35 to 45 years.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and managing marketing teams for SEO, SMO, and content creation.

- Experienced in both sales closing and comprehensive marketing strategy for construction/interior sectors.
- Capable of managing and coordinating teams for digital marketing and brand building initiatives.
- Demonstrates strong client interaction skills and ability to ensure client satisfaction and approvals throughout projects.
