About This Role
- Build and maintain AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows, including API and backend services development.
- Design and execute automated test suites, evaluation datasets, and pipelines to measure AI application quality, accuracy, hallucination, latency, and cost.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver reliable, measurable, and production-ready AI solutions ensuring quality gates before release.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in software engineering, QA automation, AI engineering, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Python and Golang programming; experience with test automation frameworks like PyTest.
- Familiarity with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG, agent-based AI systems, AI evaluation concepts (hallucination detection, benchmark testing).
- Knowledge of API testing, REST architectures, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Someone experienced in combining AI engineering with quality automation and evaluation, focused on AI systems reliability and measurable outputs.
- Comfortable working across AI development, testing, and production monitoring in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in modern AI frameworks and automated test design to handle adversarial testing, safety validations, and AI performance metrics.
