About This Role
- Manage and support MIS operations including database management and dashboard development for Government/Public Sector digital platforms.
- Lead data integration, business intelligence, and data analytics efforts to monitor large-scale programmes effectively.
- Develop actionable insights to enable fact-driven decision-making and programme monitoring for Government/Public Sector initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Statistics, or Data Science.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in MIS, database management, dashboard development, data integration, business intelligence, or data analytics.
- At least 3 years experience working on Government/Public Sector digital platforms or large-scale programme-monitoring systems.
- Base location required: Jammu & Kashmir (J&K).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling MIS and data analytics specifically within Government/Public Sector digital or large-scale programme environments.
- Capable of end-to-end management of data-driven monitoring systems including reporting, visualization, and integration.
- Technically proficient with strong background in dashboard development and business intelligence tools suited to public sector programme management.
