About This Role
- Own and execute end-to-end HR operations for employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, role changes, and exits for 700+ employees.
- Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, HR documentation compliance, and HRIS data accuracy especially in Workday.
- Lead and support junior team members on operations execution and escalate operational issues as the first point of contact within HR Ops team.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–15 years experience in HR Operations or HR generalist role with strong operational exposure.
- Proficiency in Workday HCM, Absence, and Reporting modules and strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Working knowledge of Indian statutory HR compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, POSH, Shops & Establishment Act).
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred; Bachelor’s degree with strong relevant experience also considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced HR professional with demonstrated ownership of full employee lifecycle HR operations, not just support tasks.
- Detail-oriented operator with strong focus on data accuracy, compliance, and process improvement especially using Workday and Excel.
- Capable of managing teams in a high-volume, multinational environment with shared services or GCC exposure preferred.
