About This Role
- Define and evolve enterprise security architectures and standards across cloud, application, identity, network, and data environments.
- Lead threat modeling, security monitoring architecture, incident response for high-severity events, and penetration testing initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to India-based security team, collaborate with US stakeholders maintaining IST to US Eastern time overlap.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years in information security, including 5+ years in security architecture or senior security engineering roles.
- At least 3 years leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and influencing technical decisions.
- Hands-on expertise in penetration testing, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), SIEM operations, and AI security (LLMs and agentic systems).
- Ability to work remotely from India with reliable internet and maintain 4-hour overlap with US Eastern business hours (7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. IST).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale enterprise security architecture and risk management with compliance knowledge (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, DPDP).
- Skilled in hands-on security engineering, incident response leadership, and secure SDLC implementation with automation/scripting (Python, Go).
- Proven track record collaborating with distributed global teams and balancing complex technical and business priorities under leadership roles.
