About This Role
- Own and deliver the technical platform and architecture strategy for SaaS and enterprise products throughout the full lifecycle (design, deployment, support, enhancement).
- Lead and coordinate a small team of AI-enabled developers while actively participating in development and embedding AI-first approaches.
- Establish and maintain QA, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering best practices across multiple digital products and solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–10 years of digital product experience, including at least 2 years as a technical product owner building digital products.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI in solution design, software development, and unit testing.
- Experience building SAP-extended products using SAP BTP/BAIP or other hyperscaler platforms.
- Strong delivery experience in at least two of these: ABAP/OData, SAPUI5/Fiori/React, RAP/CAP/Java/Node.js, SAP HANA Cloud/PostgreSQL.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically skilled product leader comfortable owning full product lifecycle and technical architecture in SAP-centric, multi-tenant SaaS environments.
- Experience driving AI-first development and working hands-on with AI-enabled development teams to build scalable enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP-related technologies, enterprise software product environment, and security/cybersecurity principles.
