About This Role
- Oversee performance, growth, and technical excellence of Project Management (PM) and Design Management (DM) teams supporting global infrastructure projects from India.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery, commercial performance, and alignment with global PM/DM standards, acting as Project Director on complex projects.
- Lead resource planning, client engagement, major bids/proposals, and drive digital transformation within PMDM discipline.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 20 years of experience in project and/or design management.
- Experience in technical design engineering/consulting industry in Transportation, Buildings & Places, Data Centers, Energy, or Water sectors.
- Ability to attend in-person onboarding at an AECOM office (location in India) as employment condition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior leader with proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams on complex, large-scale international infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project delivery, governance, commercial management, and client engagement in infrastructure sectors.
- Strategic mindset with experience in business development, winning work, and leading change initiatives in technical project environments.
