About This Role
- Lead the ConnectWealth product team to design and deliver strategic platform solutions managing over $640 billion AUM and 900,000 accounts.
- Develop and prioritize business requirements, manage cross-regional stakeholder updates (APAC, EMEA, US), and oversee Agile product delivery including mandate platform enhancements.
- Navigate regulatory complexities, drive operational readiness, and resolve platform issues while collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Post-Graduate degree.
- 10+ years in financial services with at least 5 years leading teams of 5-10 members in wealth management.
- Proven product management experience handling large-scale business and technology initiatives.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years in financial services, 5+ years team leadership in wealth management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-regional wealth management platforms with regulatory and operational knowledge across APAC, EMEA, and US.
- Strong experience working in Agile frameworks using JIRA for backlog management and sprint planning.
- Comfortable handling large-scale strategic product initiatives involving technology, compliance, operations, and business management stakeholders.
