About This Role
- Lead programming delivery for clinical studies and medium complexity projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality compliance.
- Own implementation of statistical programming based on protocols to produce regulatory-compliant, inspection-ready outputs using SAS, R, Python, and AI-enabled tools.
- Plan and lead team programming activities, manage risks, and collaborate cross-functionally including vendors to influence programming standards and drive improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years experience in clinical statistical programming.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Science or equivalent.
- Strong SAS programming skills including macro language; demonstrated experience in R and Python programming.
- Work Location: Hybrid at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore.
