About This Role
- Own end-to-end operational lifecycle management and service reliability of enterprise client computing platforms across Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and virtual desktop environments (Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces, Cloud PC).
- Lead incident response, patching, endpoint security, compliance, product roadmap, and modernization initiatives involving Intune, Autopilot, co-management, and endpoint telemetry.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships, budgets, service levels, and provide executive reporting to improve endpoint performance, security, and user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 8+ years overall experience in endpoint management, desktop operations, or client computing services.
- At least 5 years experience working with Windows 10/11, macOS, ChromeOS, Citrix, AWS WorkSpaces, VDI, and Cloud PC technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM co-management, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Endpoint Analytics, and Windows Update for Business.
- Work Timings: 3:30 PM-12:30 AM IST with US Eastern Time overlap (06:00 AM – 11:30 AM) for meetings; hybrid work with occasional on-site presence required.
