About This Role
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and functional requirements for Salesforce applications, translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform end-to-end functional analysis and support Salesforce workflows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and related processes including Case Management, Lead & Opportunity Management, reports, dashboards, and security.
- Lead and execute functional and system testing including test planning, test case execution, defect analysis, UAT support, and release validation to ensure delivered Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years as Functional Analyst/Business Analyst.
- Minimum 4 years hands-on experience with Salesforce applications covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce functional testing including system, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing, plus defect management and release validation.
- Experience with Salesforce roles, profiles, security, workflows, approvals, reports, dashboards, and basic Salesforce API and integration concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in bridging business stakeholders, Product Owners, Salesforce development, and QA teams through functional analysis and testing lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle requirement analysis, process mapping, functional specifications, and traceability in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Preferably has experience with banking or financial services clients, Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and stakeholder management skills focused on business-technology alignment.
