About This Role
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver construction and development projects from inception through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage project execution including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and site inspections to meet quality and compliance standards.
- Serve as primary liaison among clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams; manage budgets, risks, change orders, and stakeholder communications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience managing construction or development projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- On-site work location in Chennai, Tamil Nadu with requirement for site visits and physical ability to navigate construction sites.

- Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex construction projects across all phases from planning to commissioning.
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen and proven ability to manage project budgets and cost controls effectively.
