About This Role
- Lead and oversee safety support for construction projects ensuring compliance with internal standards and local safety regulations.
- Conduct safety review meetings at project initiation and ensure high-risk activities have proper Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS).
- Promote workplace safety through site inspections, risk reporting, safety meetings, mentoring safety officers, and coordinating with project and operations managers.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction safety.
- Must hold a valid safety license with proven experience in delivering safety training.
- Required to be on-site in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
- Work Experience Required: At least 10 years in construction safety.

- Strong expertise in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) practices within construction project environments.
- Experienced in applying project safety systems, processes, tools, and best practices to ensure flawless project delivery.
