About This Role
- Deliver high-quality lease abstraction services independently for JLL clients, including liaising internally to obtain lease documents and abstract key information.
- Cross-check and verify lease abstracts and system data for accuracy and completeness, perform lease document matching, and prepare various reports for validation projects.
- Document business processes, train and mentor new team members, audit their work, and maintain compliance with internal and external policies.
Minimum Requirements
- University graduate with at least 3 years of lease abstraction experience.
- Experience in commercial real estate lease abstractions and using property management/lease administration systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong project management skills, and excellent communication skills.
- On-site work location in Gurugram.

- Capable of working independently with high accountability and minimal supervision.
- Experienced in handling lease documentation and abstraction within tight operational deadlines and maintaining data accuracy.
- Comfortable mentoring others and contributing to process documentation and team audits.
