About This Role
- Manage daily site operations ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards across the theme park location.
- Oversee cash collections, maintaining accuracy and security of cash handling processes.
- Lead, motivate, train, and develop the site team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: Supervisor level experience in amusement games or Family Entertainment Center (FEC) environment.
- Physical requirements: Ability to lift 20 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours or more.
- Availability: Full-time including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Experience Required: Not less than 1 year in sales and customer service desirable but not mandatory.
