About This Role
- Own operational relationships with key global banking partners, including regular performance reviews, escalations, and action follow-ups.
- Drive partner performance by monitoring SLA compliance, incident resolution, risk signals, fees, and avoidable operational costs.
- Build operational visibility and improve documentation, reporting, and governance around partner performance and relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in banking operations, payment operations, partner/vendor management, risk management, or operational excellence.
- Experience in payment operations and banking partner relationships.
- Must be based in Hyderabad with the right to work in India.
- Strong data-driven analytical skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex banking partner relationships with autonomy and stakeholder exposure at a senior level.
- Comfortable handling escalations, difficult conversations, and accountability for partner banks and internal teams.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize across multiple projects, and drive action on complex operational issues.
