About This Role
- Own end-to-end sourcing and procurement of raw materials and packaging for FMCG food manufacturing, including supplier identification, onboarding, and development.
- Lead commercial negotiations to optimize costs while ensuring quality and supply security across multiple product categories.
- Coordinate procurement with production and R&D teams for new product development support and supply chain alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-6 years experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Development preferably in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging, or Contract Manufacturing.
- Location: Onsite at Factory in Gurugram (Sector 34).
- Proficiency with procurement documentation and ERP systems required.
- Work Experience Required: 3-6 years in relevant domains as above.

- Experienced in strategic procurement with strong commercial negotiation and supplier relationship management skills in FMCG or related manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrates analytical capabilities for product research, benchmarking, and commercial intelligence to inform sourcing decisions.
- Operates with high ownership, resourcefulness, and persistence to resolve sourcing challenges and optimize procurement as a strategic business function.
