About This Role
- Own the sourcing and management of Channel Partners (CPs) for mid-luxury real estate projects (2+ crores) in South Bombay and Western Mumbai regions up to Bhayander.
- Develop and maintain active CP relationships to generate leads, coordinate site visits, and secure project closures in Oshiwara or Goregaon areas.
- Achieve assigned channel sales sourcing and business development targets through effective CP network engagement and onboarding new partners.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Channel Sales or Channel Partner Sourcing in the real estate sector.
- Proven active CP network in South Bombay or Western Mumbai belt up to Mira Road or Bhayander.
- Experience working on mid-luxury real estate projects priced above 2 crores.
- Location requirement: Candidate should be able to work with projects in Oshiwara or Goregaon.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Has prior success and operating experience specifically in mid-luxury real estate project sourcing targeting 2 crore+ properties.
- Deep understanding and presence in the South Bombay and Western Mumbai channel partner market.
- Capable of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic CP relationship management and active lead generation.
