About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and executive reporting solutions integrating data from Databricks on AWS and other enterprise sources.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, optimizing data models, datasets, and semantic layers for enterprise analytics.
- Implement governance, security including Row-Level Security (RLS), support production deployments, reporting issue resolution, and collaborate with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality and availability.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Reporting development with 5-8 years hands-on Power BI development experience.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop and Service, SQL, data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M), and experience with Databricks on AWS.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in report governance, security implementation including RLS, and production support of reporting environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise reporting environments with strong focus on Power BI and AWS Databricks integration.
- Skilled in advanced data modeling, dimensional modeling, and large-scale analytics platform usage including Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse architectures (preferred).
- Ability to independently develop and maintain complex reporting solutions while effectively collaborating with global stakeholders and Data Engineering teams.
