About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable C# test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium.
- Write and execute complex SQL queries for backend data validation and integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior QA team members and actively participate in Agile sprint ceremonies, including test planning and execution reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years hands-on QA Automation experience with Selenium and C#.
- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, .NET framework, and test automation frameworks design (e.g., Page Object Model).
- Experience with complex SQL queries and CI/CD tools like Jenkins for integrating test suites.
- Work Experience Required: 5 to 10 years total QA/Test engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with exposure to test planning, estimation, and defect management.
- Technical proficiency in C#, Selenium, .NET, SQL, and CI/CD integration, with additional familiarity of Playwright (C#) a plus.
- Background in Capital Markets or Fund Accounting domain is advantageous but not mandatory.
