About This Role
- Lead and mentor a simulation engineering team developing ADAS and Autonomous Driving validation software.
- Manage scrum activities including sprint planning and ensure technical delivery commitments are met.
- Design, develop, maintain, and integrate simulation software and ADAS/autonomous driving algorithms on Windows and Linux platforms.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of software development experience with advanced C++ expertise.
- Strong understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Multithreading, and Software Architecture.
- Experience with CAN, UDP, and automotive communication systems.
- Automotive and ADAS domain experience preferred; Work Experience Required: 6–9 years as stated.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering leader comfortable managing scrum processes and mentoring technical teams.
- Deep domain knowledge in automotive ADAS/autonomous driving systems, especially camera/radar-based technologies.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with global stakeholders and delivering complex simulation projects.
