About This Role
- Own operational backbone of Privacy/AI Governance and Cyber Advisory team, managing workflows in JIRA, Confluence, OneTrust, LogicGate, and AuditBoard.
- Administer OneTrust and related platforms, configure and optimize workflows including DSARs, RoPA maintenance, and PIAs/DPIAs, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
- Produce executive-ready reports, maintain SOPs, and collaborate cross-functionally with Technology, Security, Marketing, Legal Operations, and associated teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in privacy/security operations, data governance, compliance, or GRC programs, preferably in consulting, IT services, or global capability centres.
- Hands-on experience with privacy/AI compliance or GRC platforms such as OneTrust; familiarity with DSAR workflows, PIAs/DPIAs, ROPAs, and data mapping.
- Experience working with AI enterprise tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude.
- Familiarity with global data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA.

- Experienced in managing and optimizing compliance workflows and governance platforms within complex technical environments.
- Strong collaborator able to coordinate cross-functional workstreams across legal, security, product, and business teams.
- Comfortable working with AI-enabled tools integrated into privacy and compliance operations for continuous improvement.
