About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver significant engineering components for LoanIQ product platform.
- Lead design and architecture activities ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, reliable, and maintainable with strong deployment processes.
- Apply DevOps mindset by improving availability and performance through monitoring, automation, and support including Level 3 support and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 13+ years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Strong full stack Java proficiency with skills in Java, Springboot, ReactJS/AngularJS, J2EE, Hibernate, Junit, and cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Experience with Agile development, Unix/Windows OS, Oracle database, Git, Maven, and CI/CD tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to architect/design complex software solutions and lead development teams in a global environment.
- Experience in Corporate Banking domain is an advantage, with strong functional knowledge of LoanIQ product.
- Demonstrated capability to leverage AI tools ethically to optimize workflows and solve business problems while maintaining quality and communication in multicultural teams.
