About This Role
- Architect and deliver AI-powered, scalable test automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate high-quality software delivery.
- Define and enforce Quality Engineering standards, best practices, reusable patterns, and support shift-left testing adoption across engineering teams.
- Lead AI-assisted testing initiatives using LLMs and agentic workflows; mentor team members and drive technical solutions for complex automation challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in Software Quality Engineering with at least 3 years in test architecture and framework design.
- Hands-on expertise in Playwright and/or Selenium, REST API testing, and JavaScript/TypeScript or Python automation frameworks.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted testing using LLMs and agentic AI workflows for test generation, defect triage, and quality engineering use cases.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; job requires working 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST with availability between 06:00 AM and 11:30 AM Eastern Time for US meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and leading enterprise-wide automation strategies blending traditional and AI-driven test methodologies.
- Comfortable with integrating automation into modern CI/CD toolchains like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and CloudBees.
- Able to influence and align multiple stakeholders with strong system architecture thinking and practical problem-solving skills in Quality Engineering.
