About This Role
- Lead and manage the Solutions Engineering team responsible for developer success integrating with PhonePe products, focusing on end-to-end developer experience.
- Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and operational delivery of the team ensuring on-time, high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and stakeholders to develop standardized integration processes, improve APIs, and enhance merchant and developer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of techno-functional experience including cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience leading, managing, and developing user-facing engineering teams.
- Strong software development background in one or more languages, preferably PHP, Java, or .Net.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years

- Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional technical solutions with a focus on developer and merchant experience.
- Experienced in managing engineering teams with technical depth to engage in architecture and integration design discussions.
- Familiarity or experience with API-driven products and building developer-centric technical solutions.
