About This Role
- Own end-to-end analytics support for assigned business area, including problem identification, deep analysis, and insight generation.
- Define critical metrics, monitor performance trends, and influence interventions based on data-driven evidence.
- Act as analytics and visualization SME within pod; design dashboards and mentor junior analysts including onboarding and hiring involvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years analytics experience including at least 1 year in lending domain.
- Strong SQL skills for complex query writing across multiple data sources.
- Proficiency with Excel and visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Understanding of data analysis languages (R/Python) and core statistics; ML modeling experience is good-to-have but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong analytical problem solver with ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and story-driven insights.
- Experience working in lending domain analytics with comfort handling big data and multiple tools.
- Comfortable taking full ownership of business metrics and influencing decisions at senior levels, including presenting to executives.
